Tri Construction Completes Flagship Retail Development for Northumberland Estates

Tri Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of our flagship retail development for Northumberland Estates.

Delivered over an 18 month period, the project was carefully phased with sectional completion to accommodate the fit-out and operational requirements of incoming tenants.

The development includes:

• A 23,000 sq ft B&M Bargains store featuring an external Garden Centre
• A 5,000 sq ft Mountain Warehouse retail unit
• A 15,000 sq ft Next Retail UK store

This high-profile scheme represents a major milestone for Tri Construction, showcasing our capability in managing complex, multi-phase retail projects.

To celebrate the achievement, we commissioned a local videographer to capture the project in its final form.
