This Project comprised of the Design and Build of a steel framed two storey mezzanine block within the existing factory to provide additional office, production and welfare facilities. 

The works were carried out in a delicate live environment, so a close working relationship with the client throughout the process was key to a successful completion whilst maintaining the clients production activities.
