Safety is at the core of everything we do.

From working conditions to training and supervision, our Safety, Health and Environmental policy is aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace.

At Tri Construction, everyone has responsibility for health & safety. Whether it’s during the initial phases of design & build or the final touches of a fit-out project, our leadership promotes a proactive safety culture, ensuring projects are planned and executed safely.

All team members, from office staff to site operators and subcontractors receive training, guidance and supervision to uphold our construction company’s health & safety policy and HSE guidelines.

Our approach to health & safety

Planning and risk management

Every project is assessed for potential hazards, with an in-depth risk assessment that adheres to all relevant SHE (Safety, Health and Environmental) policies, industry guidance and codes of practice.

Training & supervision

All staff receive ongoing guidance, training and supervision to work safely and maintain health & safety standards. We ensure each team member understands their role, responsibilities and expectations.

Aside from training, all our employees also undertake annual medicals to ensure our workforce is both physically and mentally fit.

Continuous improvement

Policies are renewed annually or sooner if new legislation is introduced. We actively monitor performance to ensure all staff and site operations are following health & safety guidelines.
