This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of five existing light industrial units located within the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate. The scope of work was implemented under a Design and Build contract and successfully completed within a 26-week programme.

the scheme delivered five fully refurbished industrial units, brought up to modern standards and ready for immediate occupation.  Works were completed safely, to specification, and within the contract programme.
