Location: Monkton Business Park, Hebburn

Value:£1.0 Million

This Project comprised of the part refurbishment of Unit 1 of the business park which was recently acquired by the client, Hitachi CM(UK) Ltd.

This was to enable the commencement of a new production process and involved extensive M&E install to warehouse area, including installation of two overhead cranes, forming openings in façade to install goods doors, and new dock leveller, as well as internal refurbishment to create new ancillary areas i.e., canteen, WC’s, offices etc.
