Plot 3 development for UK Land Estates comprised the design and construction of a large new-build industrial unit, providing a high-quality, flexible commercial space incorporating extensive warehouse, office, welfare and ancillary facilities.

Delivered under a Design & Build contract, the project involved the coordination and construction of a substantial steel portal frame structure, designed to provide a large, open and adaptable industrial floor area. The main building envelope incorporated a combination of composite and twin-skin cladding systems, providing a robust and durable external finish while meeting the required thermal and performance standards for the development.

In addition to the main warehouse, Plot 3 incorporated a significant element of office and staff facilities. Open-plan office accommodation was provided to the ground floor, creating flexible working environments that could be adapted to suit the future occupier’s requirements.
