Design & Build Contractor for three new build industrial warehouse units, at Teesside Industrial Estate, Thornaby-on-Tees.
The three buildings are constructed of a steel frame on pad & strip foundations, with twin wall cladding system to external walls, insulated composite roof panel system and areas of curtain walling on front elevations.
Internally, each unit has an open plan ground floor office and other auxiliary spaces with a mezzanine floor area above for storage purposes, or future development. Warehouse area is open plan with a power float finished floor slab with pedestrian and vehicle access points. A full fit out, including M&E systems was completed throughout each unit ready for occupation by tenants.
External finishes to units included, two new highway access points into development, car park facilities to the front of each unit with EV charging points, concrete slab services yards and associated soft landscaping.
