Design and Build Contract: Demolition of former Leven Bridge facility, removal of existing glazing system and asbestos roof, internal demolition of office block, the removal of various cranes, plant and equipment left by previous tenants.

Refurbishment works included; extensive secondary steel to roof and walls, new composite and twin skin cladding system to roof and elevations, installation of corner/side curtain walling sections and entrance doors.

External yard and drainage upgrading. Internally, the existing unit was subdivided into three smaller units compromising of internal decoration and a small toilet block.
