A flexible, phased approach to design and build
Our phased approach is adaptable to suit the needs of each client, and each project. Our model allows clients to engage with us at either the earliest concept or tender stage – regardless of how far their project has progressed.
Initial concept & feasibility
We start by defining your objectives, scope and budget, then carry out a site analysis and planning constraints review, before estimating a preliminary cost and timeline.
Planning & statutory approvals
We engage with local authorities and stakeholders to prepare and submit your planning and building regulation applications.
Design development
We develop your architectural design and layout and gather input from structural, mechanical and electrical consultants to ensure alignment with regulations, budget and expectations, before value engineering to optimise the buildability and cost of the project.
Technical design & pre-construction
We produce detailed technical drawings and specifications before integrating all design disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc) and reach your final cost plan before finalising your construction programme.
Construction & delivery
We manage the project – from procurement and supply chain to full construction and quality control. We coordinate with you and provide regular progress updates, right up until the handover.
