Tri Construction have recently completed the £7M final phase of our flagship retail park development at Willowburn, Alnwick. This included the completion of three further units providing an additional 50,000ft² of retail space for our tenants B&M, Mountain Warehouse and Next. Challenges included significant groundworks packages as well as the work being undertaken within a live retail park environment. Despite this, Tri completed the works on programme, within budget and to an excellent quality. Commercially, Tri are great to deal with and we have had no issues at all during the 18 month delivery programme.

This is the first project Northumberland Estates have delivered with Tri Construction and we look forward to working together again soon.
