Value:£1.3 million

Both buildings were contracted under a design and build contract. Building 5 consisted of a complex single story office extension formed within an internal courtyard. The building being constructed of a steel frame on a raft foundation, Bauder roofing system, twin skin cladding and extensive M&E installation as part of a wider fit out package.

Building 2 consisted of an extensive structural steel frame roof extension over a live laboratory, with twin skin cladding and fit out works.
