Following on from a previous project on this site in 2016 (a 12,000 sq/ft extension to the existing premises), the client returned to Tri Construction in 2022 with an idea of building a new 7,000sqft storage unit  on a plot of land they had acquired adjacent to their premises.

We took their idea from inception all the way through the design and planning stages and then onto the construction phase, through to successful completion.

In the true essence of Design and Build, Tri Construction arranged the design team, site investigation, Planning and Building Regs approval as well as delivering the Construction of the the unit, working closely commercially with the client throughout the various stages.
