Design and Build Contract: Demolition of existing external single story office block, removal of existing glazing system and Asbestos roof. Refurbishment works included, new composite and twin skin cladding system to roof and elevations, installation of corner curtain walling section, entrance doors, steel canopy and external yard upgrading. Internally the units we installed with a toilet block and decorated.
