The project consisted of an extensive demolition/ strip out package on a North Tyneside Council building at the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate. The building was then over cladded of the existing steel frame, installation of decorative rainscreen cladding to the office block and full internal fitout to the warehouse and office block areas. External hardstanding to service yard areas with soft and hard landscaping was also undertaken. The project was contracted under a design and build contract.
